Simply Sweet Desserts began in 2007 by Pastry Artist Dawn Ellis as a way to share her love of creating edible art. Her whimsical designs reflect her personality and light-hearted attitude. All of the recipes have been developed through hours and hours of trial and error to come up with the most delicious sweets.
